50 Absolute Avenue - 7th Floor Unit facing Square one. Very clean, spacious room on a lower floor so it’s squared. 11x10 let’s you easily fit a King Size bed and a Desk in the room. Walk-In closet, Private in-suite bathroom. The living room and kitchen area are shared.
I don’t have pictures of it empty, but a video is available. I’m currently in the process of moving out.

About the roomies
Me and my roommate are both 25/m and have been living here since 20. I am moving out of the country for an indefinite period of time due to some family emergencies, so I’m trying to have someone takeover my lease. The current lease is signed until August 2020, but has the option to extend as usual. Rent increase is normally 50$ a year, hydro is usually 50$. There are minor “Wear&Tear” expenses like replacing the a/c filter which is 5$ a month.
