Hi! my suite just flooded this weekend That I have been in for 2 years, and I have now moved into a two bedroom suite in oak bay but I haven’t yet found a roommate!

The suite is centrally located in Oak Bay on Foul bay road, directly across the street from the Save on Foods! Very close to bus routes to both downtown or Uvic/camosun.

About the suite:

• brand new
• spacious and room for storage
• 2 bedrooms
• partially furnished (I have a full kitchen and some living room/dining room stuff)
• bedroom that is available is unfurnished
• full size bathroom (tub/shower and heated floors)
• full size dishwasher, double sinks
• brand new full size appliance
• full size washer and dryer in suite
• our own hot water tank (not shared with suite above)
• all utilities included

Hi! My name is Julianna, my suite just flooded this weekend and I have now moved into a two bedroom suite in oak bay but I haven’t yet found a roommate!

I’m 23 years old, work part time at uvic doing a Bsc in biology and psychology. I work as a receptionist/medical office assistant at a doctors office downtown.

I am quiet and relaxed, I like to knit and read and watch Netflix. I am social but not loud and not a person to party at my own home (I do have the occasional night out). I do really love to cook as well!

I have a small 7 pound cat named peanut who is an indoor cuddly, well behaved kitty!

Rent includes everything except for internet which I am yet to hook up, rent is $1925 so $962.50 each (I put $1000 in the ad to accommodate internet costs) I am looking for someone for March 1st!
