Ardiana's room

I’m looking for a roommate (preferably female) to share a two-bedroom apartment in Parkdale. It’s a spacious apartment with high ceilings, and a separate kitchen and living area. The common area of the apartment is completely furnished and the the room that is available (unfurnished) is approximately 9x10 and comfortably fits a double bed, shelf, dresser and clothing rack (there is a small closet as well). There is coin laundry in the basement of the building. I’m located in Parkdale, I’m closely located to multiple public transit routes (3 min to Queen streetcar, 5 min to King streetcar, 10 min to Landsdowne bus). Rent is $1,050/month plus hydro and internet ($75 - $100/month). I’m looking for someone for March 1st. You will be required to fill out an application directly to the landlord and provide references and a credit check, as well as first and last month’s rent. - No security deposit.

I work a 9 to 5 in the non-profit sector and I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going roommate, who is clean and responsible. I am not home a lot, but when I am, I tend to bake, binge Netflix and read. I can also be social, but also keep to myself.
