About the room

Walking distance to grocery store as well as other retail stores. Close to mountain bike trails. I have my own bathroom but it is a shared shower and tub in the main bathroom. Has a small yard with garden. Must respect my cat and be good to him. He is the best!

About the roomies

myself and my buddy Bucci —(three legged cat). No dogs are allowed here as well as no cats due to my cat being the ruler of the house.I am a light smoker but smoke outside anyway. I do not mind if you smoke marijuana but I am not into roommates with heavy alcohol consumption.
