Previously we have hosted younger international students but would prefer an independent university student or young working individual as we are busy most evenings. Quiet household except on occasion when family is home for the holidays. Always respectful. Quiet private back garden which we would love you to share. Common upper sitting area you are welcome to relax in. Shared bathroom. We have a small dog who loves people. Quiet neighbourhood on bus route. Street parking available. Not cannabis friendly. Sports and music friendly. Quiet after 10 pm and out the door before 8 kinda people. Room is furnished however it can be cleared. Not huge but comfortable.
