Lots of great lighting, in a very young and active area. 5 minutes away from 2 major grocery stores, and 1 health store. 50 meters away from a gym with pool amenities (the McGill Stadium) and another Gym 3 minutes away (La Cite Gym). Open plan Kitchen into the Living Room. Dimmable lighting in the majority of the rooms. LARGE shared bathroom. Hardwood floors. Overall just very aesthetic. Balcony with a grill and small shared garden. Very kind neighbour (that we share our internet with), he gives us food sometimes-please be nice to him.

I’m currently replacing my best friend who is moving to Toronto. I’m a really hard worker, and will only get home quite late in the evening. I’m very chill, love to cook (get ready for some gastronomical revelations), and not too loud (disregarding my big personality with my friends). Ideally, I hope to find a roommate that is also chill, and can respect the few hours that I do have to sleep for whilst working in Investment Banking.
