Washer and dryer in unit. Landlord lives in the rest of the house above, very good landlord. Trails for walking are nearby and a Red Barn is located about 400m away which makes for picking up some fresh groceries very easy. Parking is on the street. There is also a bus stop to downtown about 200m from the house.
