Renting out the second bedroom (unfurnished) in a 2br, 1.5 bath. Rent includes everything (internet, utilities, renter insurance, private laundry, etc). Located in beltline, super close to transit and amenities! The main bathroom is mostly yours. I won’t use the sink or toilet. Sometimes I’ll shower there but I mainly shower at work. I rarely use the kitchen so that’s all yours, although I have pots/pans/utensils/etc you can use. I don’t spend much time in the living room either so giant TV and fireplace are all yours as well :) All I ask is that you’re clean and tidy. Deposit negotiable. Cat/dog negotiable.

I’m lyn, 22, work as a personal trainer downtown. I’m gone a lot for work, but make time to head home and take out my dog for walks during the day. My dog absolutely adores people so feel free to have unlimited cuddle sessions with him. Pretty quiet and clean! I’m laid back and easy to talk to. Been living here for over 4 years now.
