Barr Road NW

Hi all, we’re looking for a new roommate to share the rent and utilities with and fill the 3rd bedroom in a 3 bedroom 1 and a half bathroom on the main floor of the property. The house is near everything like, Co-Op, 7-Eleven, Safeway, Market Mall, Brentwood train station. Everything is pretty much walking distance. There are also bus stops at every intersection. The house is already fully furnished except for the available bedroom.

I work remotely from home, some of the work I do also require travelling so I’m 70% out of the house. On top of that I also work at Hilton. The other guy, he works full-time at Harvey’s as a Supervisor. He stays with his boyfriend most of the time so he’s barely home. We are both Filipinos and looking for someone of the same ethnicity as much as possible.
