Christie Street

Hi all, we are 3 people who are living in an amazing, spacious house on St. Clair West & Christie Street. We are looking for another person to join us in making this place the ultimate sanctuary during troubled times!

Some info:

• Closest subway is on St.Clair West & Bathurst, a mere 5-10 minute walk away
• Tons of bakeries, coffee shops, and nice restaurants around
• We have 2 very friendly cats
• The house is semi-furnished in the common areas but we are still adding to it
• The house is actually 7 bedrooms, but only 5 are “ideal.” The rest can be rented out as office/studio spaces if you’re interested in that as well.

We are looking for a long-term roommate.

Total rent every month is $800, with bills on top (approx $50-70).

You would have a fairly spacious bedroom and we could organize a mattress for you but otherwise, the room is yours to decorate. As mentioned, we have 3 washrooms (2 with showers) and overall just tons of space to spread around. If you are a biker, we have a large foyer where you can store that. We will just be moving in our ourselves so we are still sorting out the space.

We are 3 friendly, easy-going queer professionals (28M photographer, 34F journalist, 24M artist/urban planner) who have lived previously with each other and want someone fun, clean, and responsible to come live with us in our cool new house! Being creative is also a big plus. We enjoy hanging out, having friends over, hosting occasional dinner parties (not so much these days lol), but we also love our downtime.
