Close to amenities, south end, walking distance to the Go station, heated saltwater pool, separate entrance, spacious lot, mature trees, friendly neighbors, neighborhood watch, parking, shared laundry, back room storage or sitting room. Looking for responsible, professional adult; clean, mature, and friendly roommate (non-smoking, no pets). Shared basement but we’re rarely down there. Can come up with shared rules/agreement as the basement is not completely a finished apartment. Require background check, references, proof of employment, and first and last deposit. I am a professional, working full-time with two children, one boy (5) and one girl (7). We have two guinea pigs, two budgies, and one beautiful white cat. We are friendly, welcoming, flexible, and responsible, my daughter has high-functioning autism, my son does not. Both of my children are wonderful.
