About the area: The condo is located in Cloverdale, Edmonton. One of the most desirable neighbourhoods close to downtown. The area is safe, beautiful with near by parks, entrairtainment grocery stores and restaurants. The condo face the river and has access to the river malecon and running paths. The Edmonton ski club is located one block away. The apartment itself is stunning with high ceilings and chandeliers, hard floors, new appliances, large windows and a large balcony. The condo hallways are clean, new and quiet as most residents are seniors and professionals. If you would like to celebrate an event there is a party room with living room and kitchen at the main floor.

About the room: There is a room with a large ensuite bathroom available to rent. The rooms is new, spacious with a large window facing south and a good size closet. The bathroom new, spacious and has a bathtub and a shower. The room has direct access from the main apartment door.

I live with my daughter but she is only 3 to 4 nights a week with me, during the week she arrives at 6:15 pm after her daycare, on weekends she is only one morning at home. She is smart, lovely and well educated.

The room is furnished with a single size bed, chair, a night table and floor lamp. If you wish bring your own furniture we could coordinate.
