Private room with en-suite bathroom. Shared living room/kitchen/balcony with one person (me). The building has a gym, but its small with limited equipment (mostly machines, not many weights).

Includes all utilities and internet. Super close to grocery store, walking distance to Shawnessy station. Street parking available. Close to St. Mary’s university.

I have a queen bed and frame in the room, which you can you, or if you have your own bed, I can remove the queen bed. Living room and kitchen is furnished/fully equipped. I have a portable AC in the living room, which is great for the hot summer months. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave.

I am a 27 year old male professional in the oil and gas industry (programming). I’m pretty quiet, go to bed quite early 9/930 ish. Wake up around 530 most mornings.

I don’t usually have people over, prefer to get out more for activities, though I enjoy just hanging out at home too. I enjoy videogames, occasional netflix, climbing, soccer, ultimate frisbee (wanting to join a few CSSC teams), biking, snowboarding.

Pretty accepting of most people, as long as you are respectful, communicate directly, and don’t stay up late making lots of noise; I am a light sleeper.
