Hello! I’m a 23 year old almost graduate who will be working as a library technician. I will be moving from Montreal to Ottawa in April/May and found a gorgeous two bedroom apartment in The Glebe. It is the second and third floor of an older building but newly renovated. The third floor is the second bedroom which is where I will stay. The downstairs bedroom on the second floor would be yours and has a gorgeous view of the backyard, direct access to a shared patio and the bathroom. I will furnish the entire apartment minus your room. The apartment is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. One parking space is available. I have two cats who are absolute sweethearts, so we would have to ask the landlady if additional pets are okay. The apartment has a dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer! Costs are $1,250 each all inclusive. Move in would be April 1 or April 15. We would both be on the lease and you would have to fill out a rental application. Guests would be rare for me but are of course welcome for you. Overnight guests are welcome but a heads up is needed. No parties although small social gatherings are okay. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside. I’m excited to hear from you!

A bit about me: I’m a nerdy gay woman, and a bit of a loner. I’m happy to be friends but I like my own space so I’ll primarily be in my room. I will be going back to Montreal one day a week so I’d be happy to give you a lift!
