LOOKING FOR FLATMATE to take the second bedroom. The apartment is located in a brand new building (Arbora 3) that was completed in January. I am the first tenant. The building is built mostly with wood, so the apartment has wooden floor and wooden beams that give it a warm and cozy feeling.

I have furnished the whole place. I even have a bedbox for your room if you want to keep it. All you will need is a mattress. (If you’d like to bring your own furniture, we can make that happen too). THE APARTMENT is very bright (facing South-East), and comes with::

YOUR BEDROOM is 7sqm/ 75sqf, plus a closet. You have your own termostat in there to set the temperature for your room.

THE BUILDING also has a fitness center with cardio equipment and weights. You can lock your bike for free in the underground parking. If you want you private secure bike rack, parking spot, or storage unit, you can also get one (extra cost).

THE LOCATION is close to:

• Grocery stores (Metro, Adonis, local organic shop all within 3 min walk)
• Colleges (École de technologie supérieure ÉTS 3min walk; Concordia 5min drive)
• Gyms (ETS, World Gym, crossfit gyms within 3 blocks)
• Banks (BMO, RBC, National Bank, TD, Desjardins, Scotia all within 3 blocks)
• Hairdressers, restaurants, Winners, post office, coffee shops, parks, etc
• 2 blocks to Canal Lachine, perfect to go jogging/biking

Rent is $880, electricity will be split 50/50, if you want to use the wifi we can also split that ($22 each).

RECHERCHE COLLOC pour prendre la deuxième chambre dans mon apart. L’appartement est situé dans un immeuble tout neuf (Arbora 3) qui a été terminé en janvier. Je suis le tout premier locataire. Le bâtiment est fabriqué pricinpalement en bois, donc il y a du parquais et des poutres en bois ce qui donne un style chaleureux.

J’ai déjà meuble tout l’apart, et je peux même laisser un sommier dans votre chambre. Il vous faudrait juste amener votre matelas. (Si vous voulez amener vos propres meubles, on peut aussi en parler).

L’APARTEMENT a une super luminosité (orientation sud-est), et vient avec:

• Machine à laver/secheuse
• Salle de bain partagée avec baignoire
• Une toilette en plus séparée
• Cuisine avec four, frigo, lave-vaisselle
• Un ilôt pour la cuisine
• A/C et chauffage
• Balcon assez large pour pouvoir en profiter
• Un placard plutôt large dans l’entrée pour les manteaux

VOTRE CHAMBRE fait 7sqm/ 75sqf + le placard. Vous aurez votre propre thermostat dans votre chambre pour ajuster la température.

L’IMMEUBLE a un centre de fitness avec appareils cardio et des poids. Vous pouvez attacher votre vélo dans le garage souterrain. Si vous êtes aussi interessé par un local plus sécurisé pour votre vélo, ou par une place de stationnement, ou un local de rangement privatif vous pouvez en obtenir un (coût extra).

L’EMPLACEMENT, à proximite de l’immeuble vous trouverez:
