Beautiful bright room to rent in a big and newly renovated close to Uptown shopping mall, direct access to downtown and very well centered (Mckenzie Rd, Patricia Bay Hwy and Trans-Canada Hwy nearby)

The house is big and shared with non judgemental and quiet roommates in their mid-twenties. Unfortunately, no pet allowed and no smoking inside the house. It has a large living room with large tv (Netflix and stuff), brand new dishwasher, it also has a nice backyard and a large patio, and the garage is use for storage (lots of room because car in the driveway or in the street). Since I am moving with my partner, I am looking for someone to take over my sublet lease and I can provide my bed temporarily too. The room will be given to someone Queer friendly and respectful. The rent is 850 monthly and include everything (to be paid the 15th of each month). Also, since I already have a place to go the room is available immediately so I can be flexible on the date and I can charge just the difference for march according to the date you’ll move in! The Roomies are 4 people in their mid-twenties, 3 are working together Monday to Friday, everyone is friendly and respectful. It also has 2 bathrooms so the one you will use is only share by 2 clean people. The Roomies are looking for someone nonjudgmental and LGBTQ friendly. The priority will be given to someone sharing our values.
