Spacious 7 1/2 apartment with two skylights on two floors located in downtown on Boul. St-Laurent. Just 10 minutes walking distance to McGill University, to the Old Port and 5 minutes walk to either Sherbrooke , Place des Arts or St-Laurent metro stations. There are internet cafes and stores opened 24 hours on the street which is convenient. We have a small parrot and many plants (not plastic plants). We are looking to share our apartment. Presently we are renting two rooms LARGE Room $750/MONTH and the MEDIUM size Room $650/MOTH. In this price everything is included: (heat, hot water, use of washer/dryer and high-speed internet connection).
