Riley Place

I have a small house with a downstairs bedroom, and living area available. The downstairs has a two piece bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, desk, and small closet. This is a small room, and the basement living area is furnished with a TV, and hide-a-bed, and coffee table for full use. Totally separate from upstairs, which allows you to have your own space. The shared kitchen and living area is upstairs. I keep the house fairly clean, but there’s always something hanging around as I am active and stuff doesn’t get cleaned up right away. The area is great, its in North Nanaimo, close to the bus stop, and Neck Pt. Easy walk to the water. I have a nice view of the water.

I am a working Dad, 42, with a 10 year old daughter that I have week on week off. I have a 13 year old husky-cross dog, who is the homebody dog. She is very lovable and laidback. There is a fenced yard in the back, with a small grassed yard. Its a great little house with lots of love. I am very active, biking, running, climbing or hiking, so if you do like minded things even better. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks
