Julia's room

The room, located in a cozy 4 1/2 near everything in Côte-des-Neiges, will be available mid-March and it is $500 per month. The building is within walking distance of the Côte-des-Neiges and Côte-Sainte-Catherine metro stations, supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants (a 24h Metro and 24h Pharmaprix), minutes away from the Jewish General, the HEC and Université de Montréal, two libraries, the Oratoire St Joseph and the Plaza Cote-des-Neiges. The building is located on a student, family-friendly and multicultural street.

About the apartment: It is on the first floor, the rooms are very private (one at the entrance and one at the end of the apartment) and we have a small balcony where I like to read and spoil my plants in the summer. Laundry room in the building. Queen bed and some furniture will be available in the room. You will have access to everything you might need in the apartment. Unfortunately, smoking is prohibited, and pets are not allowed in the building, as per the landlord’s rules. You will be required to pitch in keeping the apartment tidy. It is a relatively small and quiet building, with a really kind and caring landlord, which is priceless. You’ll be sharing the apartment with my lovely roommate, who is a young female professional in her 30s as well, me!

About me: She/her cishet 30 something woman. I am into plants, crafts, dystopian sci-fi, dancing, reading, and homemade meals. I am friendly, reliable, respectful of people’s spaces, tidy and I enjoy meeting new people! I speak English, French, and Spanish.
