I am renting out 1 unfurnished bedroom in my 1-bedroom apartment. It will be a shared space between me and you. I will be residing in the living room. The room is very big and spacious and has a large walk-in closet for your full use and access. Everything else in the apartment will be shared with me. The TTC is just steps away from the apartment, you can get to Kipling or Islington station within 10 minutes. The airport is a 10 minute drive away. Easy access to grocery stores, gyms, restaurants and parks.
