We are offering an unfurnished master bedroom (with a private half bathroom) in a spacious Gordon Head home that has great natural lighting, is in a quiet neighbourhood, and is close to UVic (10-minute bus ride). Also close to Mt. Doug and other surrounding parks. Spacious kitchen with two, full-sized fridges (none of that crammed fridge nonsense), and a dishwasher. Tons of storage space and room for parking. Washer/dryer. Large backyard and a small deck off of the kitchen that provides a nice space to hang out in the summer months. Opportunity to have a small garden in the backyard if you’re interested!

We are open to sublets but would prefer a roommate that would be open to signing a year-long lease with us as our current lease is up at the end of April. We are open to all roommates but would prefer mature students since we think that would be the best fit. Clean and non-smoking would be ideal. Hoping to find someone as soon as possible.

4 males, all in our mid to late 20’s. Two of us are current UVic students (Earth and Ocean science/Physics Undergrad). One currently works for CRD Parks and the other is in training to become a Paramedic (who might be leaving soon).

We are a relaxed, respectful, and easy-going bunch. Most of us play instruments in some capacity and are fairly physically active. We aren’t huge partiers but occasionally have people over for drinks/games nights/lazy potlucks. We also enjoy watching movies or trash reality tv shows together every now and then. Other than that, the house is pretty quiet most of the time as most of us are off working or studying.
