Common areas cleaned regularly. You will be expected to clean up what you use in the kitchen immediately after you’re done. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 males.

We basically keep to ourselves. We like to keep the place tidy. We’re looking for someone clean, quiet and respectful. One is a recent PhD graduate working in research. One is retired.
