Bond Street

This is a 3 floor house with lots of space. There’s also under porch storage, and a shed out back with lights and electrical that we have yet to find a use for, along with a giant back yard.

The location is right between BCIT and Metrotown, about a 15min walk to Metrotown.

Utilities are shared between roomies and average about $23-50 a month depending on the season. This is includes everything, heat electricity and 300/300mps internet.

All appliances are accounted for, dishwasher, stovetop built-in to the kitchen’s island, oven, washer/dryer, kerig machine & microwave. (we also have an extra freezer in the basement and a central vacuum that can be accessed from anywhere in the house)

Off and on street parking available, No smoking indoors (vaping is fine in certain areas if everyone agrees) smoking on porch is fine.

Currently living in the house are 3 roomies. 2 brothers and one girl, in their early 20’s.

We have a kitten named Bean.

We all do our share of chores around the house to keep things clean and organized.

When it comes to Parties, we’ll throw a birthday, Seasonal party. Or have guests over for a board game night, but notice is always given ahead of time.

We are looking for someone who fits into the general vibe of our household :)

(Our 4th roomie got a work opportunity in the Okanagan that she couldn’t refuse so she decided to move there)
