Pet friendly house and will be living with my dog Myla, but it will be a gradual introduction.

You will be living upstairs with me and my partner and one other female student. We are family, but please don’t let that discourage you! Me and my partner share the master bedroom which has it’s own bathroom and you will be sharing the large main bathroom with his sister. We enjoy being social and are very easy going people, and are looking for someone communicative, respectful, and easy going as well. We don’t have issues with having friends over as along as everyone respects the home and are polite- we would create a groupchat to aware evryone when we have guests and so forth. We also don’t mind the use of cannabis and alcohol, but no smoking inside of course. We prefer someone with no vehicle due to driveway space, but there is street parking available during the warm seasons; you would need to find your own parking arrangements for winter if you do have a car. We want someone who would be comfortable with a dog in the house too. Also someone who understands and values the importance of mainataining a clean common space area, whether that be with having a cleaning schedule or do as you see it.
