Hello. I’m looking for roommates who can start to stay from 1st April. Located Down town condo(near Sherborne and Wellesley it’s very convenient area to live!) which has good securities,a gym, BBQ places, a library and some other amenities.

There are two availability : 1 furnished private room $1200(internet included) +hydro If you wanna share the room by 2 ppl, it’s $1300 but I think It will be a little narrow. : Den $500(internet included) +hydro If you wanna save money and wanna live down town, this Den is good deal. But if you are sensitive at some noise(like laundry,or any kind of life sounds) I don’t recommend.

We share the living room, dining room and kitchen. Renting rooms people need share the bath room as well. We have own laundry and dryer. Internet are included. You can use some detergent(for cleaning and dishes), toilet paper, cleaning equipments, basic seasonings(like salt, pepper, sugar,soy sauce, oil, etc..) and smart TV in the living room. Im LGBTQ+ friendly. Weed friendly too (there is balcony) but I’m sorry smoking isn’t acceptable :(
