Hello!

This beautiful house is looking for someone to call home! You would be living in a bedroom upstairs, a nice homely space with a sizeable closet, big south facing windows to let plenty of light in, and a private bathroom with all the trimmings you’d expect in a bathroom. Here’s some more info:

The House: This victorian style detached house has a big patio on the front and a tiny garden in the back yard. There is a furnished living room on the main floor as well as a full kitchen with a convection burner and a bathroom. A washer and dryer is downstairs.

The Neighbourhood: Griesbach won the Award of Excellence for Best Community last year and for good reason. It’s a beautiful neighbourhood full of park space, walking and biking trails, lakes, and is packed with a rich history of Canadian military as a former base - so there’s plenty of plaques and statues to commemorate this! There is even a community garden! In the summertime, you will find fun outdoor events at central park. The neighbourhood is also close to lots of shopping and amenities like Northgate Mall, Northgate Centre, Griesbach business area, which has lots of great restaurants, Castledowns Library, and much much more.

I’m a full time worker who likes to bike and generally be outdoors. I’m going to try gardening this summer so hopefully I can commit to this - meaning I’ll be outside a bit. I will respect your privacy and space, but always happy to hang out and chat.
