Lexington Avenue

We have a lovely house with an open room available from May to August as one of the roommates is going inland for the summer:( the house is a great space with a lovely large living room, kitchen and an awesome deck. The current roommates are pretty laid back but also up for adventures especially come summer. We’ve also got plenty of parking space for anyone with a car. Location is outside the city but it’s only about a 20 minute bus to downtown Victoria. Can provide photos of the house and room once you’re interested!

Average age of roomies is 25 so would be looking for similar ages but not too picky. Being clean is a must as my roommate and dear friend Verne can be a bit of a clean freak. The basement of the house is also rented out as a separate unit so we’ve got 3 guys down there who are great but have been known to enjoy some parties from time to time. If you’re looking for something super laid back and peaceful probably not the place for you but if you’re happy to have basically 6 other roommates then it could be your place! It is important to us that the potential roommate get along fairly well as we are a fairly social household and would like someone who’s willing to join in on some chats and board games.
