I am looking for a room mate, i have 1 room with its own washroom on a basement apartment at Dundas and Broadview intersection. 5 min walk to TTC bus and street car station. In suit laundry, microwave, dishwasher. Hydro included on the rent.

I am 27 year old professional working 7 days a week as an overnight baker. Im working overnight so you will rarely see me. I usually just hang out on my room watching netflix, or playing video games after my shift. I also dont cook so you gonna have the kitchen and the fridge mostly to yourself. I go to the gym every now and then. I also do drawings when inspiration hits me. I am very clean and organized guy.
