I have a 2 bedroom 1bathroom unit in a new (<1 year) stack townhouse at upper ground floor up half a flight of exterior stairs. Decent sized private bedroom and shared bathroom. The apartment is around 800 square feet so reasonable size for sharing. Location is excellent in Centretown just north of queensway and about 2 blocks west of bank street.

I am a professional and finding I like community so looking for a roommate for the 2nd room which I was thinking about making into an office since there are enough room to set up a desk in my room.

I like food, arts, travel and l lived and worked abroad before.

Looking for a single preferably female professional (no couples) due to shared bathroom.
