The best side of this sweet little suite is the location, it is only two blocks to 4th Avenue where there are 2 supermarkets, plenty of unique stores, restaurants, bars and it is close to transport where several buses stop including the express buses to downtown and UBC, and a few blocks from Jericho Beach and the seawall that goes all the way to UBC and also downtown.

A room is available in a large 2 bedroom beautiful garden suite, it is in a great neighbourhood that is close to the waterfront. The suite is newly renovated, new appliances and a private large yard surrounded by a high hedge and picnic table. It is fully furnished with hardwood floors, a desk, chair, bookshelf and a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Includes electricity, heat, cable, internet, in-suite laundry and…. Toilet Paper!!

I have a free-spirit and I like to keep a clean space. I enjoy the great outdoors which is why I like this neighbourhood, from the front door it is possible to do a loop and walk to a beach and forest under 5kms, and everything is at the doorstep.
