Filling out these descriptions takes me back to my days on tinder…shudder

Some facts about me: young working professional, dog lover, antique hunter, VERY proud plant stepmom, mild TikTok fiend, advocate of the Oxford comma, and newly appointed hiker!

I am a young working professional who is tidy and quiet; you’ll barely notice I’m there since I will be in my room 87.25% of the time. As a down-to-Earth introvert who likes memes, anime, and nerd humour, I can be quite shy when you first meet me, but will always say hello and ask you how you’re doing. I value other people’s peace and privacy (so I won’t be bringing anyone home with me…like ever).

I highly value a clean environment (and not just because of COVID). You’ll never have to worry about cleaning up after me; any mess I make, I clean up. I don’t smoke, but I don’t mind if you do.

The most you will see/hear me is in the kitchen: I make breakfast and cook a more robust dinner a couple times a week. I occasionally bake (brownies are my specialty). If you happen to pass by the kitchen and like what you smell, I’m more than happy to make some extra. However, if you’re attempting to lose weight, I’m probably not the best roommate for you.

I work in insurance administration and am currently working from home. My job is a fairly quiet one; you may occasionally hear me on the phone or on a meeting with my manager, but I do use my headset as to cause as little disturbance as possible.

I drive, so a parking space is a must.

The Nitty Gritty: I’m hoping to find a roommate who is as relaxed as I am, and hopefully we get along well. I am open to splitting household chores and various household expenses if needed (receipts are important). My only ask is that you be cleanly, polite, and honest with me at all times as I will be the same with you.
