Hey everyone! I’m a 24 year old student from Regina, looking for a shared apartment or house in Toronto from May to the end of August. I’ll be working as a summer intern at a major company in Toronto, and my work will be hybrid, with 3 or 4 days in-office, with 1 to 2 days spent working from home. I would be willing to pay up to $1400 in rent every month. I’d really prefer a place with utilities included. I might have my car with me so parking would be great too!

A little about myself: I’m pretty quiet most of the time when I’m home, but I like to socialize as well. I like a good balance of chilling and being on the go, out in the city. I really enjoy cooking, I’m a clean person and my ideal roommate(s) would be too. I prefer to stay organized but I’m not a neat freak lol. If you’re also a student or young adult, that would be awesome! I would prefer to live with female(s), but I’m not overly strict about that. Some of my hobbies include reading, writing, hiking and going for walks, trying new restaurants and visiting local coffee shops. I also love all types of music and concerts - (I’ll be working in the music industry this summer) so if that’s also your thing then maybe we could do that together. Finally, i’m a huge animal lover, I have a dog and 2 cats at my family home, so if you have pets, they would be very much welcomed.
