Matin

I am a Computer Software Developer that has recently finished my Master’s degree from the University of Victoria and I am moving to Vancouver for my full-time position. I am relatively a quiet, clean, and respectful person. I am not a fan of loud parties and smoking. But I might have guests once a week for tea/coffee/beer. I am looking for a place that is not a basement and has enough sunlight. I would like to stay long-term at least for one year.
