Hi my name is Nick. I am a 26 year old, quiet, respectful male that is cannabis and pet friendly. I am currently not working and on odsp for my main source of income. I do pick up the odd little temp jobs here and there. I like to balance my time in and out of the house. I like to play video games, longboard or mountain bike in my spare time. I smoke weed and vape. I do smoke cigarettes the odd time or socially especially when I’ve had a few drinks. I am often splitting up time between being home or out and about. I don’t like to be cooped up all the time and like the space to go in or while of of course maintaining respect of other people’s lifestyles.

My ideal roommate is someone that is cannabis friendly, on good terms with the landlord if roommate rents out the other rooms on landlords behalf (eg. Not behind on payments, communication with the landlord is good, basic common stuff).
