Hello,

My name is Brad and I’m new to Vancouver. I am currently looking for a short term accommodation for one month while I finalize my job search here in the city.

I’ve gotten multiple offers and am currently in the interview process with several possibilities. However I’m only looking for a short term commitment at the moment housing wise to ensure a good fit with the employer I decide to work for as well as potential roommate. This puts my house mate as ease as far as employment security and myself as far as the possibility of relocating for better opportunities.

I will likely have started working by the time I would move in if the landlord is insistent on employer reference. However it will likely be a very new employment so long term reference wont be available. I have financial security at the moment so there wont be any issues in that regard.

I tend to spend most of my free time, doing market research, gaming, watching Netflix, cooking or exploring the city that is still very new to me.

I’m a very clean and hygienic person and looking for someone similar, not a fan of cleaning up after others. Animal lover if you have any pets Id be glad to help look after them if ever your not home.
