Room available starting in January!!! The house is a ten minute walk from york university, and a two minute drive. Two of my roomies are moving out of the house at the end of the year, so the master bedroom will be available after this semester (starting January- $1390/month)! I know a lot of people are looking for september houses, but in case you’re having trouble finding a place, please feel free to reach out and you can take over this one in the new-year! We’re are all in second year uni, and plan on staying in this house for many more years!

About the roomies: We like to have fun, have group dinners and games nights, study hard, (keep the house clean), and go out on weekends! I definitely want to find someone who will click with me and my friends! We are going to stay in this house for a long time, even though the lease would only be 8 months, hopefully we could renew again next September. Please let me know if you’re interested!!!
