I am a 50 plus professional female looking for a longer term fully furnished bedroom to rent. I am a cigar smoker, outside only (!). I do require free parking, wifi, access to kitchen (with some fridge/freezer storage) and prefer a room with a lock/key (for obvious reasons). I am a neat freak and take very good care of my space, as well as the home owner’s space. I’m looking for something available within the next week (mid-May 2022) and Ottawa West is my preferred area (Kanata, Bell’s Corners, Hunt Club, etc.).
