We are a couple who are both very respectful and kind, all we are really hoping to find is a roommate(s) who can offer those same qualities to us. We wouldn’t touch or use what doesn’t belong to us and would never be unreasonably loud for any reason. Also neither of us are particularly big on partying or anything so there wouldn’t be any craziness or unwanted guests. Neither of us are drug users and we barely ever drink outside of Xmas and new years with family so there would be none of that going on. No judgment to potential roommates if they enjoy a drink after work or with dinner, but we are not really looking to rent with a person or people who party alot, do drugs or drink in excess to the point of things getting loud/rowdy/destructive etc. Basically we’re 2 kind and respectful people looking for like minded roomies!
