I am searching for an affordable Room Rental. I prefer to rent with Females. My preferred location is near the downtown area. I could bus if further from the downtown. I would want it for a 12 month term. My budget would be 650 including Utilities and Internet. Although I am currently not employed I am interested in my future to include some PT work or Volunteer. I do have other income that I receive as of 2007 from Spousal Support as well as the CPP beginning in 2024. I am a non smoker It’s ok if someone else smokes. I don’t have any pets, It’s ok if someone else has pets. I am a social person sort of and I also do mostly stay in the rental space That way I don’t impede on others privacy.
