I am a man, 66, non smoker, non drinker and I have never used drugs. I do not have pets. I am looking for a smoke free and drug free, relatively quiet environment, with parking for my car. I am also an entertainment journalist and I do interviews primarily with people from Europe, U.S. and Australia. Ideally I am looking to share accomodation in one of the following scenarios, a) a woman probably 30 or older who has wild partying out of her system, or an older man or woman, or a professional couple without children or an older couple. I am quiet and usually watch Netflix or listen to music with my headphones on. I am looking for a flatmate situation, simply because I do not want to give all my income to a property management company. I think that is all for now.
