Hi, I’m an incoming grad student moving to Waterloo this September for my MSW. I’m hoping to find and split a 2 bed, 2 bath (3 bed 3 bath is fine too). I have a dog- a friendly 60lb Labradoodle. She’s my whole heart, so finding a pet-friendly place and a roomie who likes dogs is top priority. I’m clean, organized, friendly, easy-going and looking for a roommate with similar values. I’m mostly quiet but would consider myself an introverted-extrovert who welcomes socialization, as long as there’s mutual respect and open communication. I enjoy binging movies and tv shows, reading, hiking, true crime podcasts, and going out with friends. I value my space and privacy, but as a new student it’d also be nice to have a roommate who could double as a buddy (but no pressure to be my friend haha).
