Hi all, my name is Isaac and I´m moving from Mexico (ends of May - June 1st ) to Vancouver looking for a private room in a shared apartment. budget is around $700 - $850 including bills. I am 22 years old I´m very pet friendly and have no gender preference for my roommates(s). I’m big into reading/ listening to music/ watching movies and looking for someone who has their own unique interests too. I´m an international business student at the University of Guadalajara and I’m taking a post-pandemic sabbatical semester to get to know Vancouver and work. am also a very clean and sociable person.
