Hi future roomie,

I live downtown already but I am looking for a roommate to help ease the cost of living.

I do not smoke and do not want to live with someone who smokes. No pets, please.

I would like to get to know my roommate but generally value privacy and us doing our own thing. Occasionally would love to chat and share a meal if the roommate is comfortable.

I do eat meat frequently in case you are vegan and this would make you uncomfy.

I work hybrid, mostly remote so I would need someone who also needs a professional environment during work hours.

I love life, love to laugh, and share a funny jokey joke here and there. I value cleanliness, I will need someone who does not leave dishes overnight and sweeps and mops regularly as I will be doing too.
