I’m a single 21 y/o female and have a full time job in Collingwood, currently still living at home (paying $450 in rent) and have been trying to get out on my own for quite awhile now. My cat is male and indoor and box trained, he mainly lives in my bedroom with me so we prefer a larger size room to accommodate the both of us. I do need to smoke weed outdoors at night so I can sleep. I’m very clean as I can’t live comfortably in a messy environment. Any paperwork needed I can provide, thanks and hope to hear from you!
