Julie & Oscar

Hi, we are Julie Prada and Oscar Orjuela, a couple of international students, we are currently studying for 2 years diploma in sales and marketing at Ilac College, we are looking for our new home, we would like to rent a place for a year or more, we are moving because our contract is coming to an end and because we are currently living with a young roommate who likes parties and nightlife and we really want a quite place for the two us, we are two responsible, serious and judicious 28 year old, we don’t smoke any type of drug, we don’t have pets, and we don’t like parties, we currently live in downtown at 833 Seymour St but we want a quiet place away from the noise.

We both have work permits and currently working in restaurants we have been working there since we arrived in Canada 5 months ago.

We would love to be able to live in your apartment and take care of it as much as if it were ours, if you requiere any additional documents, do not hesitate to request them, we hope to receive good news from you and to be able to sing a contract with you.
