Do you have a spare room you would consider renting out? Would you consider renting a room if you have one available? Perhaps a downstairs recreation room not being utilized?

I would prefer accommodation with an elderly couple, or a mature female in Central Lonsdale which is walking distance to my family and my career.

I like to cook and enjoy a clean environment, I am a professional cleaner by trade and I take pride in my work.

I would certainly entertain the idea of helping out where I can in lieu of a break in rent if possible. I like to stay busy!

I do not require a large space, only a home for me and my cat.
