I’m a single mom to an 8yr old boy..by which I have shared custody. However during this transition the ideal would be to have a nanny suite or fully functioning apartment within a home.. my child goes to school mon to fri and the ideal would have been to be settled by now as the school year has already began. However id like to be fully capable of renting a townhouse by years end ..so if all stays on budget I’d need a room or a shared home for a max of 6months
