Hello! my fiancé and I are looking to rent out a room near the Ajax/Whitby/Oshawa area. We both are very clean and respectful people who do not smoke, drink, or party. We are strictly just looking for a nice quiet space to do our school and work. We do own a hamster who is kept very clean there is no order that brushes off, we also have no allergies to anything so that would not be an issue.
