I have 1 room to rent in a 3 bed 3 bath house. $650 includes everything, utilities, TV and Internet. Parking is on the street but there is lots available right in front of the house.

I am looking for a student or working professional is fine but it must be someone who does not work from home.

I am a 33 year old female who works in hospital admin. I work monday-friday 9-5. I am looking for someone to rent the third bedroom in my house. You would have a shared bathroom wit my other roommate. I also have a dog, she is a 1.5 year old Golden Retriever, so if you don’t like dogs or living in a house with dogs then this is not the place for you.

I currently have 1 roommate already, he’s a late 20’s male who travels for work. He’s gone for about a week and a half then will be home for a few days, then goes back to work. So he is not around that often and when he is he keeps to himself most of the time.

The backyard is large and you will have access to that as well as the kitchen and living room, as well as the laundry that’s in the basement.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer. If it was furnished it would have a queen size bed a dresser and a desk, as well as a large closet.
