I am working at Sheraton wall centre for a year now and am on a lease for over than a year at the current place I’m living at. I’m living in Canada for over 3 years now. I am also studying in SFU as a criminology major. I am left with 2 years of school and gonna continue working part time. I am able to show my paystubs and provide my landlords references. 

My childhood friend who I grew up with just moved to Canada this month and  is studying in Lasalle We wanna rent a place on a monthly basis or wanna try a short term lease first or whatever you can offer. We are quiet and clean people and we are fully aware of the deposit as well.we am playing to move from 1st jan or 15th Jan or feb 1st.
